System description

We offer you cooperation using a state of the art, fully automated and IT-managed system of fuel (diesel oil) management services, nowhere else used in the European Union.

Our equipment may be easily connected to all tanks which fulfill the requirements pertaining to setting diesel oil tanks.

Based on this system, your company may eliminate works related to ordering and storing fuels, stocktaking, posting and settling of drivers and operators. Moreover, waybills may be eliminated as well.

This modern system does not require any supervision and creates a fully self-service fuel microstation for administrator-authorized recipients. Immediately after refueling, information is transmitted to our web portal where, thanks to an individual password and login, you may browse through a detailed analysis of refills. An additional option is the possibility of introducing restrictions related to refills for specific people and vehicles. Logging onto the distributor takes place by means of proximity cards (for drivers and operators) and electronic chips (for vehicles and machines) which prevents the drawing of fuel by unauthorized people or vehicles. A large advantage of the system is the service of informing via e-mail and SMS about abnormalities in refills.

The generation of a report adjusted to your needs takes place on our website - www.eg.com.pl. These reports include a full analysis of vehicles' excessive fuel consumption.

Browsing the refill lists on the website is possible immediately after drawing fuel by the driver or operator. There exists a possibility of previewing a full refill analysis by authorized people from any computer and place in the world or by means of a cell phone with a GPRS function.

However, for the system to function properly and to generate planned savings of 10 – 30% of diesel fuel liters and, at the same time, to prevent illegal transfer of diesel fuel outside your company, a few simple procedures must be followed. First of all, someone must be appointed to supervise the data from the www.eg.com.pl portal. The duty of that person should include especially the following:

  • browsing through refills and meter level entries (km or hours of operation)
  • introducing fuel consumption norms for all vehicles and equipment (it is a lot better to enter any norms at the start, even ones which are different in reality, than not to enter any at all). After a couple of fuelings the system will suggest a suitable norm to adopt.
  • demanding immediate explanations from the driver or operator in case of discovering any inconsistencies or drivers' errors which will show on www.eg.com.pl. If the error involves entering an improper meter level by the driver or operator, it should be re-entered (the driver's or operator's entry should be corrected) after a written explanation.
  • issuing the "fully refuel every day after finishing work" instruction to drivers and operators and enforcing it
  • participating in fuelings from time to time, randomly e.g. once a week or once per two weeks (with special consideration paid to drivers and operators for whom the system generates inconsistencies) in order to ensure that the driver or operator is completely filling up the vehicle.
  • if the driver or operator is refueling outside a MICROSTATION, e.g. when on the road, he is also obliged to fulfill the "fully refuel" instruction, and the supervising person enters this fueling manually into the list of fuelings using the website www.eg.com.pl
